Located in the heart of the historic district, this newly constructed home boasts a fresh, clean, 2 story space, perfect for singles or family groups. The first floor living area offers room to spread out and relax after a day enjoying sun and surf at the beach or exploring historic downtown Wilmington. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for all styles of cooking. New Keurig and a French Press satisfy your caffeinating needs when not partaking in the surrounding cafes and coffee shops.

The neighborhood is enjoying an influx of new, vibey restaurants and cafes making it a hot spot for locals and visitors alike. Upstairs boasts 2 king bedrooms. The primary has an en-suite bathroom w/ step in shower. The second bedroom enjoys access to a full bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have streaming TV’s so everyone can enjoy their downtime. A boutique workspace is also located upstairs when needing a functional area to keep up with business remotely. Upstairs also offers a full size washer and dryer. This is a pet friendly property.

We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for our guests.

Enjoy chilling around the fire pit with your group or pups under the cafe lights in the fully fenced, private backyard. We will be happy to offer recommendations on our favorite walkable hotspots and dog friendly businesses!

The South side of the Historic Downtown is comprised mainly of local residents who enjoy living among the Antebellum homes, renovated cottages and friendly tree lined streets. Walkable to Castle Street- peppered with cafes, Vintage shops and the Riverwalk! You are minutes to our iconic waterfront dining and people watching. The bourgeoning “North Side” is an easy 1.4 mile walk if attending an event at the Wilson Center, Brooklyn Arts or outdoor concert at the Amphitheater. The Marina district hosts headlining events year round along with visiting exhibitors and stellar restaurants. The beaches (both Carolina Beach and Wrightsville) are within easy driving distance and you don’t have to contend withe the hectic crowds when retreating to your cottage on Queen :)

Easily walkable to all of the Historic downtown and Riverfront hotspots! If heading out to the beaches or an event in town, you are within an easy drive or Uber.

Parking Details:

There is ample free street parking within easy access to the home as there is no dedicated parking or driveway for the property.

We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.
