Welcome to our favorite midtown bungalow! Newly renovated, this house is set up to ensure a relaxing, fun and extremely comfortable visit. From the quaint rocking chair front porch, to the fully fenced backyard and patio you will enjoy an expertly stocked and styled home away from home. While not exploring some of the fantastic local restaurants you will find the kitchen fully outfitted for all cooking styles with a gas range, ample cookware and plenty of serveware. Caffeinating styles are also top priority with a Keurig, quality drip coffee maker and teapot supplied. Brand new hybrid, memory foam bedding and high end linens ensure quality rest, along with a private office area for working remotely.

The bungalow is equipped with new smart TV’s and high speed Spectrum internet.

Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails under the patio lights year round in the private backyard! A propane grill, outdoor dining area and firepit offer the perfect setup for cool Carolina evenings or summer nights when fresh grilled seafood and s’mores are in season:)

Within one mile of the house is a Whole Foods, Starbucks, Harris Teeter and Trader Joe’s as well as one of our favorite city parks and dog park. You are also minutes to the cross city trail, our pedestrian system that connects the beach to the Riverfront. The current setup offers a King and Queen bed, private office space with a single sleeper sofa and air mattress. A pack and play, stroller and highchair can be available upon request. A $75 per pet fee applies to visiting pups.

We live close but respect your privacy. The bungalow will be yours to enjoy unless anything is needed and we will accommodate quickly!

The Peachtree Bungalow is located smack in the middle of one of Wilmington’s most convenient communities! Surrounded by quaint homes and friendly neighbors you will quickly feel like a local while visiting. Less than 5 miles to the historic Riverfront and less than 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach you have quick access to the best of our coastal city. Between downtown and the beach, explore numerous local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping options at Independence Mall and Mayfair Town Center. (Both with 5 a minute drive) Take a day trip to Carolina Beach, the aquarium or hop on the ferry to historic Southport. Whatever your reason for visiting, this will be a wonderful spot to call home!
