**The Space
The open-concept kitchen and dining area is the heart of the homeβperfect for big brunches, celebratory dinners, or casual bites between beach days. Multiple lounge spaces offer everyone room to spread out, whether watching the game, working remotely, or cozying up with a glass of wine or favorite book.
*Primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV and ensuite bath with shower
*Additional bedrooms offer 2 twin beds and Queen bedroom with TV. Shared upstairs bathroom with bathtub.
*Downstairs game room offers a Queen sleeper sofa with door for privacy and powder room.
Outside, mature Carolina pines surround your private, fully fenced backyard. Start mornings with coffee on the patio, grill out with friends, toss the ball for the pups, or end the evening around the firepit under the stars. Peaceful, private, and ideal for memory-making.

Entire home and outdoor areas
Covered secure storage is available for your bikes and beach toys by the backyard shed (not enclosed). We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.

Great location, space, and amazing kitchen!

We enjoyed our stay last weekend at Maryβs place. It was a great layout for our family (4 adults and 1 child) with the different levels inside. It didnβt feel like folks were on top of each other, especially with the 2 separate sitting areas. We also had 2 dogs with us and it was great that they could run around in the large fenced back yard. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a few things at home and we always appreciate when coffee/tea are provided (as this house had a k-cup coffee system). The location was convenient for us to visit downtown Wilmington along with both Wrightsville & Carolina beaches. We canβt wait to visit again.

Great place to stay with family and pets. Beautiful remodel and large fenced in yard in a quiet (minus a distant rooster lol) neighborhood. We felt comfortable and safe, which are two very important things for us.
