Welcome to the most recent beach bungalow in the Endless Summer collection. We pride ourselves on offering curated and customized properties that will exceed our guest expectations. The Canal Retreat will not disappoint. Freshly renovated by top local builders, this property is our new favorite on the island and soon to be yours too we hope! Live like a local, nestled within the residential area of the island away from the hustle but within minutes to restaurants and entertainment on the boardwalk and popular lake areas. 3 min walk to the beach

We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.

Beautiful apartment with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Great location - easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week. Mary’s place felt very cozy and was a quick walk to the beach. There were so many little touches that clearly took a lot of thought and effort. We were also able to walk to the boardwalk at night and overall had a great week. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Would love to come back again!

We had such a great stay here. The place was incredibly clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, which made it so easy to enjoy our time there. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place was beautiful. Everything was well kept and thoughtfully put together. You can tell the hosts really care about making sure guests have a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Mary’s spot made for the perfect Memorial Day weekend at the beach! Super walkable, dog friendly, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

YOU SHOULD STAY HERE!!!! This Airbnb is the perfect size for any length of time! Beautifully renovated and comfortable amenities, Mary did an amazing job setting up this space. The location to the beach is no more than a 5 min walk. A comfy porch overlooking the sound is an added bonus. This place is walking distance to all the bars and nightlife Carolina Beach has to offer while being just far enough that you aren’t bothered by any noise and are able to enjoy the peace and quiet. We opted to rent bikes from pleasure island rentals that made our trip just that much better. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! One block from the beach and close to restaurants. One complaint was the size of the bathroom sink - this was a little small for face washing etc. we also wish check out would have been at 11 as we were rushing to get out by 10.

Location is perfect. The home was clean and so beautifully decorated. The kitchen was STOCKED with everything and anything you could ever need. Only down side was no beach chairs, beach towels ect. Being that location on the beach it would be nice to have those items accessible for use instead of having to buy or travel with
