We are local hosts at Endless Summer Properties and quickly accessible for any questions or issues that may arise during your stay.

There are 2 guest parking passes located inside the unit. Parking passes must be displayed at all times.
There is a $50 fine for parking passes that are lost or not returned.
Please inquire about pet policies. Accepted upon approval.
Be aware that the parking access is very narrow. Large vehicles will need to park in the perimeter guest parking areas.
Communal trash bins are located at the back corner of the community.
We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.

The place was beautiful and very clean. A tad hard to locate as the GPS is a little off. Our toddler loved the place so much, he would probably move in. We were warned of narrow parking, but I was unaware of exactly HOW narrow. We ended up with a scraped car. That would be our only hold up in coming back. Loved the short walk to the beach, and the overlook of the pool.

Nice condo, great location, wonderful beach. The condo was very cozy and clean. Loved and thouroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating area over looking the pool. Great vibe. The beds and couch were cozy and comfortable. Very short walk to the beautiful beach and pier. The beach was never crowded and always clean. The area is quiet and beautiful and just minutes away from the boardwalk and great restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s Airbnb! The apartment was beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. We loved the location, just a very short walk to the beach and the pier. Mary clearly put a lot of thought into making her guests comfortable. We especially appreciated the little details, like having three different types of coffee makers and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We also loved that the property is pet-friendly, which allowed us to bring our Shih Tzu along. He had an amazing time enjoying the beach with us, making our family getaway even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Mary’s place to anyone.

Overall our stay here was great, the place itself is in a good location, close to the pier, the beach and a straight access to different things. We had a few complaints of the condo, but the biggest one being the parking is listed as “small spaces” they are TINY, super hard to maneuver and get into. Overall the host was wonderful though!
