Guests will need to walk up the front steps to access. The yard is not fully fenced.
Please be respectful of our lovely marble countertops and use a cutting board while cooking.
We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.

Mary’s place was a perfect fit for our Wilmington stay. We could walk to downtown, so much to do and see. Easy to drive downtown and park as well. We were only a 20 min drive out to Wrightsville Beach. We were in Wilmington for a wedding out in Rocky Point which was only a 25min drive. The Centennial was the perfect location for us and all we did on our long weekend stay. The home is super cozy and clean. We felt right at home.

What a perfect place to stay! This house was SO beautiful and comfortable! Every single detail of design was thoughtfully considered: the showers were amazing, the kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were so comfortable! The location was perfect as it gave us an opportunity to walk to the historical district just a few minutes away. The surf beach was an easy 25 minutes way which also gave us the opportunity to explore that side of town too.
