You have immediate access to the stately, historic neighborhood of Forest Hills as well as the cross city trail only 1 block away (traversing Wilmington from the beach to the riverfront) Carolina Place and Wallace Park are also less than a mile away. Explore nearby coffee shops, quirky boutiques or the End of Days Distillery along Castle street Arts District and the expanding Riverfront 2 miles away.

Also less than 5 minutes is the Independence Mall district with Whole Foods, Starbucks, Harris Teeter and a developing shopping scene

Beach goers can be at the drawbridge in less than 15 minutes. Enjoy a meal along the Intracoastal Waterway, try paddle boarding, walk the iconic 'Loop" or just soak up the sun at Wrightsville beach. Whether accessing the cross city trail or meandering through our historic mid town and downtown communities, enjoy miles of walking, biking or a quick 5 minute drive to the riverfront and less than 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
