Freshly renovated with all new furnishings; you will be instantly charmed by the cool, light filled space + ample living areas for everyone to spread out, relax and play. Not to be missed are the 4 outdoor decks, lending to the best sunset + long sound views on the island (per our opinion:) 3 min stroll to the ocean or dipping toes off of the soundside community dock…how to choose!

You will experience the best of N. Topsail island with double-sided, long views of the surrounding waterways and a quick, easy walk to your beach access just across the street.
Vida Sol is designed and equipped to offer everything you would need for a 5 star beach stay. The spacious kitchen and dining area invite family and friends to prepare meals of any size and comfortably dine at the 7 person table. The covered front porch offers additional dining and lounge areas with our personal favorite views on the island ;)
Don’t miss sipping on a cool beverage in the back porch captains chairs as the sun descends over the marsh…
The living area is spacious and designed for relaxing with some music, games or a movie after a day in the sun.
The 3rd floor bedrooms also enjoy north and south facing porches. Brand new bedding and crisp linens are a welcome treat for sun-kissed skin and invite vacation worthy rest after a day spent playing in the water or exploring the island.
The master suite offers a King bed and french doors opening to a private porch with shaded lounge areas, blackout curtains, 65 in TV, Bluetooth speaker and ceiling fan.
There is also a Queen bedroom with TV and a playful Bunk room with double and twins beds.

Guests have private access to all interior and exterior areas of the home.
We are local hosts and quickly available should any questions or issues arise during your stay. However, we respect your privacy and desire for you to feel that this is your home away from home while visiting :)
Parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size) is possible in the driveway.
Guests will need to walk up stairs to access the main living area and bedrooms.
There is a bathroom on the second floor living area and a shared, full bathroom with bathtub on the 3rd floor.
The hot water, outdoor shower is also a guest fav :)
We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.

We enjoyed staying at Mary’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped space. Views were great watching sunrise on one deck and sunset on the other. We enjoyed the use of the bikes as well! Short walk or bike ride to beach access. Would recommend this townhome. Mary was very responsive and provided check in/out instructions clearly.

This place is fantastic! A community dock with access to the sound & a public beach access across the street. They had everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon, plenty of towels, board games, & fully stocked kitchen with multiple appliances. Very nicely decorated & dog friendly which is hard to find. Beds were super comfortable & everything was very clean. Mary was very responsive & allowed for a late checkout with a slight fee which gave us an extra half day on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Very close to the beach, the marsh dock was beautiful we did fishing and crabbing. Very peaceful and relaxing stay would book again for our next trip to topsail!

Beautiful rental home that was clean and well appointed. Perfect for smaller families or couples who want to stay in North Topsail Beach. It is located on a quiet street with great views of the sound side marshes. We loved seeing the sunrise in the morning from the back porch. Older guests or those having mobility issues should be aware that there are multiple levels of stairs. Also, this home has only 1 full bathroom for all guests to share when you need to shower/ bath. There is only an additional ½ bath off the kitchen with a toilet and sink. Overall we liked the house and would consider returning in the future if our plans called for renting in North Topsail.
