Welcome to the Carolina House! This charming cottage offers all of the comfort and convenience expected in a modern coastal retreat. Tucked within a residential community, you are biking distance to Mayfaire Town Center and just 3.5 miles to Wrightsville Beach! Perfect property for couples + small families w/brand new furnishings, signature bedding, private parking + functional outfitting for stays of any length. Lets not forget the captivating front porch…come rock and relax at The Carolina!

Welcome to our new favorite coastal cottage! Newly built, this house is set up to ensure a relaxing, fun and extremely comfortable visit. From the inviting rocking chair front porch, to the airy, vaulted living areas you will enjoy an expertly stocked and styled home away from home. While not exploring some of the fantastic local restaurants you will find the kitchen fully outfitted for all cooking styles with an electric range, ample cookware and plenty of serveware. Caffeinating styles are also top priority with a Keurig, French Press and teapot supplied. New hybrid, memory foam King bedding ensures quality rest, along with a full bathroom with tub and shower.
*We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests.
The house is equipped with new smart TV’s and high speed Spectrum internet.
Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails on the covered porch and yard games in the adjoining green space. Perfect spots for cool Carolina evenings or lazy summer days.
The property also has 2 additional, connecting studio apartments (all completely private but can connect upon request) which can be rented as a 3 bedroom whole house.
Within one mile of the house is Starbucks, Harris Teeter, local shopping and multiple dining hotspots! A $65per pet fee applies to visiting pups.

Located on the east side of town, Carolina House is nestled off of a winding residential street and attractive, local neighborhoods. Easily walkable to se aero restaurants and Port City Java. Bike to Mayfaire Town Center, The Forum and 15 mins to the beach!
Walkable to several great dining and cafe options. Planet fitness is 3 minutes from the house and offers day passes. Bikeable to shopping, dining and beach. 15 minute drive to the historic riverfront

Mary and her place are absolutely fantastic! Such a quaint and peaceful place to relax, only 10min to the beach, and plenty to do around the corner from the house! Host was nice and responsive. The home had everything we needed from seasonings, extra toilet paper and everything you need for a perfect day at the beach.

Cute and cozy place. Seasonal roach problem, though so keep that in mind when you book. Found several dead and live roaches in several places. Other than that, good stay.

Super cute, clean, and cozy! Close to shopping and restaurants. Very easy to get to the beach. Lots of love gone into designing the space and would definitely rebook!

My wife and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary. Great access to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, anything. Really sleek space and quiet just off of a main road. Absolutely will be booking again!

The hosts were very friendly and responsive! The location was good and the house looked just like the photos. The place is a triplex so it was a little noisy when the other guests were there because the walls were thin. There were stains on the linens but the hosts said it was due to recently repairing the dryer. There was also hair on the sheets so I ended up using my own bedding and towels. I also had issues with the key pad to open the door but the host said sometimes you have to wait and let it reset. Definitely a good price for the location
