Welcome to the Carolina Villas! This newly built, adorable and functional Studio apartment is the perfect spot for your stay in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area. New king bed, full kitchenette, dining area, private entrance, back porch and full en-suite bathroom provides all of the space and amenities desired for your getaway. Bring or rent bikes to cruise to Mayfaire Town Center and Wrightsville beach!
Premier location!! This brand new, spacious studio apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Minutes to Mayfaire dining, shopping, cafes, boutiques and Wrightsville Beach…you will love retreating to your King bedroom oasis at the end of a fun day exploring or beaching. Fully equipped kitchenette with mini fridge, griddle cooktop, dinnerware, Keurig and French press allows for convenient cooking and caffeinating.
We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests.
Our concierge team can provide laundry service for a small fee if desired during your visit.
You have a private parking space leading to your private entry. French doors open to your covered back patio for outdoor relaxing in all seasons. Full bathroom and closet offer ample storage during your visit. Perfect Villa for couples and single travelers! We look forward to hosting you.

Located on the east side of town, Carolina Villa is nestled off of a winding residential street and attractive, local neighborhoods. Easily walkable to se aero restaurants and Port City Java. Bike to Mayfaire Town Center, The Forum and 15 mins to the beach!
Walkable to several great dining and cafe options. Planet fitness is 3 minutes from the house and offers day passes. Bikeable to shopping, dining and beach. 15 minute drive to the historic riverfront
The apartment is shared with the adjacent unit but you will not have any communal spaces. The back porch and yard are yours to enjoy. No pets accepted at this property. 2 beach chairs and towels provided

absolutely beautiful house very clean and neat! the area is so nice and it’s so close to wrightsville beach! we went during 4th of July and it was very crowded at the beach so it was lovely to come back to the house and have peace and quiet!! we will definitely be coming back!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I was very unpleased with the service and home provided. I communicated that the home wasn’t cleaned and provided photos- just for the host to respond and say “I’m sorry for the slight issues” making it seem as though I was complaining for no reason. I own a professional cleaning company and know what to look for when it comes to cleanliness- when there’s mold ring in the toilet, hairs and mildew rings in the tub, dust on baseboards, door frames, vents , light fixtures and fan. My best friend and I did not feel comfortable staying- especially after they sent the cleaners back just to clean the toilet and leave. Hopefully the next guests will have a better experience.

Place was very clean and location was good. The only issue we had was at check in when cleaners were still there at 5:30 when check in was after 4:00. And a few issues with the shower hot water but other than that stay was good.

Amazing little Airbnb perfect for our weekend getaway to Wilmington. This Airbnb had everything we needed and then more - I specifically appreciated the coffee bar stocked with creamer and torani syrup, as well as the feminine products in the bathroom. They thought of everything! The owners were so responsive and even let us check out an hour late. It was such a comfy and cozy stay and we can’t wait to come back.
