You will have exclusive use of the entire home and outdoor areas
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ample street parking is available directly in front and alongside the house. We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.

The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location for us. Easy check-in and responsive to messages. Had a few minor issues which I'm sure will be resolved soon. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for my bachelorette trip, great indoor and outdoor space! The place was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 6, and was conveniently located to walk / short Uber to downtown Wilmington area!

My bridal party and I came to stay for a weekend and had an amazing time! Mary was the perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning on coming back soon!

Great stay, home was easy to find and the teenagers loved the pool table/ping pong table. About 25 min away from Wrightsville beach, easy drive. Walkable to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk as well!

Our stay was excellent! It was exactly as described in the description, all of the listed amenities and then some! It looked exactly like the pictures! There was so much for our kids to do and keep busy! It was located in a super convenient place and not far from the downtown area. Most importantly it was super close the OTH bridge! Mary’s instructions and emails were very clear! We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend to others and stay again myself!

We visited Mary’s place for a joint birthday trip and we had such a great time. The house was a peaceful retreat to come back to after long beach days. It was also easy to access restaurants for birthday brunch and dinner. We also used the backyard and fire pit each night, which was relaxing and enjoyable.
