There are 2 guest parking passes located inside the unit. Parking passes must be displayed at all times.
There is a $50 fine for missing passes.
Please inquire about pet policies. Accepted upon approval with a $65 pet fee.
Be aware that the parking access is very narrow. Large vehicles will need to park in the perimeter guest parking areas.
Communal trash bins are located at the back corner of the community at the beginning of the street.
We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets. A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.
We also have the Pier Pool Villa if additional accommodations are desired for your group. We can offer a packaged rate per availability.

Super cute, pet friendly, 2 bedroom condo only 40 STEPS to the beach, yes I counted. I had not realized it was across the street from the Tiki Bar which had live music most nights. This was great! The music was not so loud as to be heard inside but could be enjoyed on the porch! Condo was super clean and I loved the kitchen. Having washer/dryer in the unit was an added benefit. Spent endless hours on the porch swing. You will love it too.

This place was absolutely amazing! Perfect location, very clean and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the water and the tiki bar across the street was awesome! The provided beach chairs were game changers. The pool was clean. The check in process was a breeze. Just overall a great place to stay.

This place is great, super close to beach and tiki bar. There were plenty of supplies for us. And the view from the swing is wonderful! Mary was super helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Stayed at Mary’s place for the weekend with friends and we had such an amazing time! The description was perfect! Comfortable space, large couch, comfy beds! The location was just private enough but so close to the tiki bar and restaurants! Steps from the beach made it so easy too.

We had a great vacation at Mary's place. We had a few issues initially that were quickly fixed by our host. The beds, pillows, and couch were very comfortable. The location is great right by the pier but can be a little bit noisy at times. The beach access was very convenient and we enjoyed using the pool. The porch with the swing was a great additional feature especially on rainy days. The place was very clean, free of clutter, and modern.

Lovely condo! Nicely appointed, spacious, and clean. Great location relative to the beach and pier. We brought bikes which made it easy to get to restaurants.

The place was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The condo was clean and had some nice amenities. The only downside was the parking—it was very tight, especially for an SUV when there are cars parked on both sides.
