Newly built and designed in a cool, urban-coastal vibe, The CW (Carolina Warehouse) offers everything you may desire in a vibrant, comfortable visit to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. Polished concrete floors, vaulted 12ft ceilings and custom burnt wood beams are forefront to the aesthetic of this authentic, super cool, Warehouse property. The space is expertly laid out to account for everything you would need, whether in town for a quick beach weekend or residing for an extended visit….the fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full stove and fridge allows for ample meal prep and storage space. Additional features include a seperate bathroom with full shower, workspace, boutique outdoor patio and private offstreet parking. (Inquire about storage for your beach toys, surf boards, e-bikes or boat trailer) When ready to get out and about you will be within 5 minute biking distance to Mayfaire Town Center with numerous local dining and shopping options. Wrightsville Beach is within a 20 minute bike ride (or 10min via E-bike-and no parking fees!)
The property is located within a local residential community but unique in the fact that you can rent this boutique studio apartment with privacy, location and secure parking.

Keyless keypad entry and private parking
We are local hosts and live nearby. Always availble for any needs that may arise during your visit but respect your privacy and desire that you feel this is your home away from home during your stay :)
The CW is oriented on the same property as our sister rental property and connects to an owner owned storage shed. The units are separated by a privacy fence and located in a local residential neighborhood so you will be the only resident at the Warehouse during your stay and can anticipate a quiet, private space for your visit!
Please ask about our pet policy. We ask that you please bring pup blankets to use on furniture for pets.
A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.
Also please be mindful of our 10 am checkout time. Unless otherwise approved, a $100 fee will be applied for late departure. Our teams are typically on a very tight schedule :)

So enjoyed my respite from my typical big city life. Perfect spot for my solo getaway. Drive to beach was easy and not far. Lots of stores and restaurants around between lodging and beach. Mary is great host! Plan to use in future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable and in a great location. The neighborhood and surrounding area were very nice, quiet, and enjoyable. Mary was also a wonderful host and was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend staying here!

Such a cute space!! Bathroom and kitchen were so nice, great water pressure (an underrated quality). Clean and private. Perfect for visiting my friend and being local to popular spots. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Mary was an amazing host, and the stay was absolutely wonderful! I loved how cozy, comfortable, and private the place felt. Having a kitchen was such a great bonus, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing beach towels. Everything made the stay so easy and enjoyable. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Solid price for the location. Only 15 minutes from the beach without having to pay a premium for places to stay ON the beach. Very private location. The decorum inside is tasteful and inviting. Bed was comfortable. Solid space for the price. There were a few issues with cleanliness when we arrived. There was a yellow stain on the wall across from the toilet upon arrival and one of the towels had a weird substance on it. Overall we did enjoy our stay and with a little more attention to detail on the cleanliness this def would be a 5 star spot.
