Welcome to the Upper Deck! Prepare for immediate charm overload in this lovely, historic beach cottage. Remodeled top to bottom in a relaxed coastal aesthetic it’s chocked full of style, comfort + costal amenities. With the ocean just 150 yards from your, porch it’s an easy commute to the sand. Lounge in the sun, dip in the ocean, catch your fill of waves then cruise back home for lunch, nap on the covered porch or soak in the hot tub. This is your spot for an iconic 5star, WB vacation!
The Upper Deck is so named for a reason. Walk up the stairs to the beautiful wraparound porch…after all, this is what beach living is all about!
Sit in the shade and watch the bikers cruise by, read a book and enjoy the ocean breezes all summer. On cooler nights or crisp Fall evenings take a dip in the private, sunken hot tub. When time to retreat indoors, luxury coastal furnishings offers a perfect respite after a day in the sun. The open air living space is flooded with natural light and large windows to capture the healing ocean breezes when open.
We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests.
*There is a convenient work space for those needing to stay connected while traveling.
*The fully equipped, remodeled kitchen can accommodate any level of meal prep and dining.
*Great sleep is imperative to a successful vacation! Bedding matters so we offer organic, latex mattresses topped with luxury Parachute linens.
Plush towels, soft bathrobes and slippers are just so nice to slip into with sun kissed skin.
*Whole house Kinetico water filtration system for fresh, healthy drinking and bathing water on demmand!
Being local to the island, we love all areas of the beach but this is truly an epic location if you want to be within easy walking and biking distance to the heart of the action…5 minutes to a famous Trolley Stop hotdog(s), shopping at the downtown boutiques or a cold beer at Tower 7…yet set apart from the busy district on the quieter north side of Mercer pier. You can’t find a better spot to create your beach memories. Contact us to inquire about longer term stays as well.

What a great find! Rented the place for a long weekend trip. Everything was exactly as described. Super easy walk to the beach. We also loved walking to the local coffee shops in the morning and restaurants in the evening. Host also very responsive.

Mary’s place was perfect for a long weekend on the beach. The location was amazing. There were several beach access points by the house and it was walking distance to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house has everything you need (beach towels, coffee, etc) and is super cozy with beautiful decor. Our favorite part was hanging out on the porch at night. We will definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful spot! The house is adorable and exactly like the pictures! It’s in a prime location, 2 minute walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants and things to do right there! The house was clean and the decor is so cute! Will def be booking this location again, thank you!

The stay was great! Everything that may be needed was within walking distance or a short drive. The beach and pier was only a short stroll away. Would highly recommend staying here.
