Perfect property for small families and couples w/brand new furnishings, 1 King bed, fully equipped kitchenette, private offstreet parking, entrance and back porch…We hope to see you at the Villa B!
Welcome to our new favorite coastal cottage! Newly built, this property is set up to ensure a relaxing, fun and extremely comfortable visit. From the quaint setting off of a residential street to the airy, vaulted living areas you will enjoy an expertly stocked and styled studio apartment. While not exploring some of the fantastic local restaurants you will find the kitchenette fully outfitted for easy meal prep with an electric range, mini fridge, cookware and dinnerware for 4. Caffeinating styles are also top priority with a Keurig, French Press and teapot. New hybrid, memory foam King bedding ensures quality rest, along with a full bathroom with tub and shower.
We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests.
Our concierge team can provide laundry service for a small fee if desired during your visit.
The house is equipped with new smart TV and high speed Spectrum internet.
Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails on the covered back patio and yard games in the adjoining green space. Perfect spots for cool Carolina evenings or lazy summer days.
The property also has 2 additional apartments which can be rented as a combined 3 bedroom whole house.
Within walking distance is local’s favorite, Port City Java, Blue Surf Cafe and Planet Fitness. Within one mile of the property is a Starbucks, Drift Coffee, Harris Teeter, local shopping and multiple dining hotspots!

Full access to the private apartment, parking area, side and back porch. The 2 adjoining apartments are rented separately but can be rented in combination as a 2 or 3 bedroom if available
We are local hosts and available if any issues arise during your stay but respect your privacy and desire you to feel as this is your home away from home while visiting :)
This is a perfect option for singles or couples traveling to Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. 2 beach chairs and towels provided

We loved the Villa. It was done very tastefully. The host was able to accommodate us at the last minute due to a death in the family. Would definitely stay here again. Mary was a great host alway responsive.

it’s a great location, 15 min to the beach and 5 min to mayfaire! Some things to note: the host is very strict about check in and check out times so don’t expect to check in early, they won’t respond! Also, this is a very tiny duplex type home, and is attached to another airbnb rental, you can definitely hear everything going on next door and the backyard and porch is shared. Bed is suuuper soft, and the driveway is hard to pull in and out of. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
