Welcome to the Driftwood! This beautiful property is deigned in a coastal, cool style within the brand new Hudson Renaissance. Your stay of any length over 30 days will be comfortable, clean and relaxing. New king sized bed, luxury linens and fully stocked kitchen affords an “at home” experience if cooking or entertaining- while the top floor location ensures a quiet, peaceful stay!
Whether you are lounging by the resort style pool, streaming a yoga class in the fully equipped gym, sipping a cocktail on your private, patio or grabbing a bike to pedal to the beach or shopping at Mayfaire this is the property you want to call home during your visit to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach!
Longer term stays are welcome along with your furry family members (pet fee applies)
The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with numerous local restaurant and shopping hotspots right outside your front door. It’s a 5 minute walk to coffee shops, boutiques and popular dining options such as Osteria Chicchetti (OC), Epic Foods, True Blue Butcher + Table, K Bueno Grill, Coquina, Drift coffee ….No car or parking fees needed if beach bound as you are 15 minutes by bike to the sand from the Driftwood.
We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests.
If working remotely, the community offers private meeting and conference spaces along with a leasing lounge where our awesome friendly staff is available to answer any questions or needs that may arise during your stay.

We live close but respect your privacy. The property will be yours to enjoy unless anything is needed and we will accommodate quickly

Stay was wonderful. Lovely apartment, great amenities, friendly, fantastic location, and is exactly as described. I would definitely stay again in the future.

We loved the area and property. It had everything we needed. We had some down time to use the pool one day. It was very relaxing and quiet. The only negative is we originally booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, but we were notified a week or two before we arrived that it had a technical issue. We made the one bedroom work. Our son was able to stay with some friends.

This place is beautiful. Love the restaurants within walking distance. Great comfy bed and having the deck overlook the pool was so relaxing. We had a glitch but Mary was extremely accommodating and responsive. Do not hesitate to rent. Perfect location!

Mary’s apartment was impeccable. Extremely clean, well maintain and brand new. The conditions of the apartment were fantastic and the common areas of the building are amazing. The apartment is located in very upscale and calm area that is very walkable, offering a variety of dinning and shopping options. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Quiet spot. Loved having a small patio with view of the pool. Also great to have access to a gym and pool!
