Welcome to the Island Peach! This newly constructed home is mini but mighty in charm and style! Tucked within a quiet residential neighborhood you will feel the oasis vibes upon arrival. This thoughtfully designed home functions for any length of stay and level of fun you are planning. The Euro kitchen is fully stocked and ready for all levels of cooking with a pass through window, opening to the outdoor Bar, Grill and Pizza oven. Fully Fenced Yard~Enjoy the indoor/outdoor spaces year round!
You will feel welcomed right from the start in this cool, light flooded cottage with open air, vaulted ceilings and organic design:
~The Island Peach is modeled after our favorite tropical island retreat.
~Centrally located, within 5 minute access to UNCW, the Historic Riverfront and Wrightsville Beach. The cottage offers private off street parking and a fully fenced, gated yard for families and single travelers to enjoy. Wraparound, covered and uncovered porches allow you to take in the Carolina weather and entertaining year round!
~We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests.
~The brand new, fully equipped kitchen offers gas range, microwave, dishwasher and Fridge/freezer.
~Keurig, French Press and tea kettle for caffeinating
~Slide open the pass through window for indoor/outdoor entertaining at the built in patio bar. Light up the propane grill or pizza oven for ala-carte dining year round.
~The expansive side porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy cool Carolina nights and summer sunsets under the twinkling cafe lights.
~2 private bedrooms. The primary offers a King bed.
~The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. One built-in and one lofted.
~Stackable washer/dryer and custom designed bathroom with step in shower and Moen multi-function shower head.
~2 streaming TV’s and spectrum Wifi keep you connected if needing to work remotely.

Private off-street parking and 3/4 fenced yard with wrap around porches both covered and open-air provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy your visit to Wilmington!
Located within a quaint, mid-town, cottage neighborhood surrounded by local residents and families. Pet friendly and walkable with access to the cross-city trail. You are 5 minutes to Whole Foods and the Independence Shopping area. UNCW is less than 2 miles away. Just 6 miles to Wrightsville Beach and 10 minutes to the Historic Riverfront. This is your perfect, centrally located property!

This was the perfect place for our first vacation with a baby. The house was very clean and i didn’t have to worry about my baby crawling on the floor at all. Everything is so close (the beach and downtown). Mary was very responsive as well. This will be our go-to spot when we visit Wilmington again! 10/10⭐️

Had a relatively decent stay. High touch areas were clean, but vents, baseboard ledges, top of fridge, etc., were all very dusty. My wife and I like to cook and save a bit of money when we take trips like this, which naturally leads to more trash than most guests would probably produce, but to only have a bathroom sized trashcan for two women, for four days, with no extra trash bags (that we were able to find) was a bit silly. I was very excited about being able to use the grill mentioned in the listing, but the thing appeared as if it had NEVER been cleaned since it had been purchased. Place was cute and comfortable, would just suggest making sure all amenities are serviceable and that the cleaning crew gets in those little nooks and crannies.
