We offer a fully fenced backyard to enjoy.
Your pups are welcome but please pickup after them if needed. A $50 fine applies if cleaners have to do poop duty.
Also we ask that you please use the pup blankets provided if pets sit on furniture.
We offer driveway and street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Being a residential neighborhood additional vehicles will need to utilize the nearby parking garage.
A concierge fee of $35 will be charged for any items left behind that need to be mailed.

We enjoyed out stay! The home was absolutely beautiful and was very close to downtown. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. This home had all the necessities plus more. I loved how the host thought of EVERYTHING when decorating this home. The closet was amazing and I loved having a decorative dirty clothes hamper to toss all my clothes in at the end of the day. We even enjoyed working the puzzle that was there! Mary thought of everything for this rental. I’ve taken 10 trips to Wilmington and this was my favorite rental.

A beautiful house for our book club retreat. The girls and I loved staying here. It is located so close to the cutest coffee shops , boutiques, and overall downtown area in general. I highly recommend this house !

My fiancé and I had our bachelor and bachelorette trips at two of Mary’s places and both were great! She was super helpful with letting us check in early, and flexible with us surprising my fiancé with a decorated place!
