The Channel House will quickly become your new favorite Wrightsville Beach home away from home…we are proud to host many annual returning guests, attesting to the charm of this beautiful property.
The spacious, inviting living areas open to tantalizing water views and coastal breezes. Plenty of room to spread out and relax from sunrise to golden hour….
Enjoy cool mornings on the covered porch watching the boats cruise by on their way to Masonboro island…swing or nap, Jimmy Buffet style in the pier hammock before sunset cocktails or an evening dip off the dock…skip the hectic public boat ramp. Complimentary deep water boat slip is available during your visit.
Your flip flops and bathing suits are all that’s needed at the Channel House:
*Fully equipped, chef’s kitchen for all levels of meal prep and dining
*4 bedrooms. Primary offering en-suite bath and soaking tub.
*3 levels of unobstructed water views
*3rd floor game room with pool table, foosball, TV, Queen sleeper sofa and private bath
*All the beach toys…2 kayaks, complimentary bikes, fishing gear, beach wagon, beach chairs and ground floor ping pong table
*Private pier and deep water dock
Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles
When not lounging and playing at the house you are a quick 5 minute stroll to the ocean and all of the local WB hotspots!
Grab fresh tacos + margaritas at Tower7 Cantina, Robert’s grocery for staples and organic smoothies, Vitos pizza, Circles Ice cream for treats, rent surfboards and shop for souvenirs at Sweetwater Surf Shop, local’s favorite coffee from the Workshop and you will not want to miss waiting in line for an iconic Trolly Stop hotdog…

Guests have access to all unlocked areas of the house. Dock and boat slip are available for guest use
We are local hosts and live nearby. Happy to be available should any issues arise and desire for you to feel at home away from home during your visit
This is a residential, friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and honor quiet hours after 10pm. No parties or extra guests are permitted on the property no jumping off the top of the deck is permitted any property damage or excess guest, etc. are subject to fees.
A concierge fee of $35 will be applied to anything needing to be mailed that is left behind.

Was an amazing weekend with my childhood girlfriends. Perfect location for us to walk or bike ride to restaurants. Was able to park our boat there and get in and out of the channel to the intercoastal. The set up of the house was great and comfortable for all 7 of us.

We loved staying here! The view was absolutely stunning and we loved that it was walkable to the beach. There was plenty of space for all of us, and it was so nice to have chairs to use for the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in wrightsville beach!

The house is a quiet and wonderful retreat. The views are stunning while both inside and outside the home. The home was spacious enough for our 7 family members and we never felt cramped. We were within a 10 minute walk to the beach, great restaurants, and bars. We highly recommend this home for your next stay in Wrightsville Beach.
