Plenty of room for multiple vehicles or your boat trailer. The Intracoastal waterway is a 5 minute walk from the house along with a community boat launch for kayaks, paddle boards or small boats. Our local outfitter can deliver any rented water toys and gear you may need during your stay. You are minutes from all of Wilmington’s hotspots. 5 miles to Mayfaire Town Center with grocery, shopping, cafes, local dining favorites and movies. Its an easy 7 miles to Wrightsville beach and UNCW and 20 minutes the historic Riverfront! At the end of a day retreat back to your quaint neighborhood for a peaceful evening under the trees!
